This is Alise. She loves Jesus more than anything, is an amazing singer + guitar player + ukulele strummer, and has a heart for justice--oh, and she's super beautiful. A few months ago, she let me take some pictures of her down by the lake, but I never got around to posting them on here. Yes, it was freezing cold and very windy. Yes, there was ice on the lake, and my fingers could hardly feel the shutter button for numbness. But we made it work and afterwards we drove to this little café and sipped the delicious-est hot chocolate. Thanks so much, Alise, for doing this with me!
