Around this time of the year, our family always seems to have an abundance of fresh blueberries. Pancakes are the perfect way to use up those antioxidant-rich berries.
Note: The berries I use here are wild berries that I picked, and wild+ blueberries = small.

Thought the glare in the background actually makes this look cool. |

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon salt. |
beat in in 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, and 3 tbsp melted butter. |
Stir in 1 cup of blueberries (fresh preferred), and 2 tbsp honey (if they're wild, they can be a bit tart) |
Pour the amount of batter you would like in circles o n a hot, greased griddle/pan. My pix of this part didn't come out well, so I'm using this via.
When the edges get bubbly, flip. When other side is brown underneath, flip onto a plate. | |

Devour with maple-surple (oops, i meant syrup) and butter. |

End note: I edited all these pictures, got them all pretty, and then when I uploaded them to this post, the Picasa-edits didn't show up! Not sure why, but now you have the (mostly) SOOC pictures!
Hope y'all have a great Friday!
